2. 将多组AC或DC 输出的外置电源纳入管控范围：
Multiple voltage output external power
supplies, which are not covered by Regulation (EC) No 278/2009, are being
placed on the Union market in increasing numbers. They should therefore be
included in the scope of the Regulation to ensure further energy savings and
provide a level playing field.
3. 增加了铭牌和说明书相关要求，细节如下：
